If MacClearings isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying.
How to ask
Email support@macclearings.app from the address you bought with, within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number from the receipt if you have it. You don’t need to give a reason, though it helps to hear one.
What happens next
- The refund is made through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used, for the full amount including tax.
- We aim to process it within two business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
- The license key is deactivated. Please move MacClearings to the Trash on your Macs.
After 30 days
Write anyway if something has gone wrong, such as being charged twice or buying by mistake, and we’ll sort it out fairly. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
